First: Return Policy

  • The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 14 days of the date of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original condition , unused, unwashed, undamaged, and accompanied by all its accessories, if any.

  • Return requests are not accepted if there is damage resulting from misuse or failure to comply with product care instructions.

Return fees

  • The round-trip shipping cost will be deducted upon completion of the return process.

  • If shipping was free at the time of purchase , its actual value will be deducted from the total amount upon return.

Second: Replacement Policy

  • The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 14 days of the date of receipt.

  • Replacement is subject to the availability of the required size or color at the time of ordering.

  • The customer bears the shipping cost for the exchange process .

Return or exchange request submission process

  • The request is submitted by contacting Lumira customer service within the specified period.

  • After reviewing and approving the order, coordination is made with the shipping company to receive the product from the customer.

Cases where refunds or exchanges are not possible

  • Discounted products or those included in special offers .

  • Products that have been used or damaged.

  • In all the above cases, the only exception is the presence of a proven manufacturing defect .
